Ask for a sample of the exact configuration. Availability, sample quantity, dispatch origin, delivery time and any sample-order terms require written confirmation.

Specify country, channel, model, configuration, quantity and target date.
Confirm the product and sample
Check specifications, required documents, minimum quantity and whether a sample is available.
Receive a written quotation
Confirm validity, payment terms, named FOB loading port, included services, packing and responsibilities. Quotations are shared directly with the buyer.
Agree dispatch and acceptance
Set the production or stock-release schedule, inspection requirements, shipment documents and after-sales process before ordering.
